Please tell your server if you have any dietary restrictions.

Wines

A glass of fine wine with your meal is like the first sunrise of summer. It fills you with hope, excitement and the anticipation of things to come. It warms the soul. To enhance your meal, our chef has suggested a wine for each of our entrees. Each is available by the bottle and some by the glass. Visit our wine cellar.

From time to time a guest may consume more than their limit of alcoholic beverages. 
If you find yourself in this position, we will be glad to arrange for your safe return home. It is not worth the risk to your life or someone else’s to drive irresponsibly.

CREAMY CRAB DIP – Local crab in a piping hot cheesy casserole, served with garlic baguette.   
ULTIMATE NACHOS -
Tortilla chips with spicy beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa and sour cream. 
(Enough to share with  your whole table.) 
Homemade Smoked YELLOWFIN tuna  - Served with roasted baguettes, red onion and jalapenos.   
Black and Blue Tuna  - Thin sliced, seared sushi tuna over seaweed topped with crispy wontons and a Thai, teriyaki and washabi drizzle.
Brick Oven Pizza -
Delicious 7" individual pan style pie perfectly baked in our brick oven. Cheese  or Pepperoni.
REGULAR or Curly/Seasoned FRIES -
Served with or without cheese.

JUMBO LUMP CRAB COCKTAIL - A 1/4 pound of colossal crab meat with cocktail sauce.   
EXTRA JUMBO U-PEEL SHRIMP -U-10 sized for  your enjoyment. 
COCONUT SHRIMP
-- Beer battered, coconut dredged and served with a tangy orange marmalade.
SHRIMP IN THE ROUGH
-- 1/2 pound of Old Bay steamed U-peels.
BLACKENED SCALLOPS
-- Pan-seared local scallops with Cajun aioli and bell pepper confetti and served in its natural shell.
GARLIC CLAMS
-- Sautéed in garlic, white wine and lemon butter with seasoned breadcrumbs.
STEAMED CLAMS
– One dozen of our bay's best with drawn butter

Green Stuff

Mango Salad -- Field greens and crispy romaine, red onion, grape tomato, dried cranberry and candied walnuts. Tossed with a mango vinaigrette and topped with sliced mango and Feta cheese.
Fresh Market Salad -- Fresh romaine leaves and delicate field greens, together with tomato and red onion gently tossed in a spinach tortilla bowl with our awesome white balsamic vinaigrette.   
CAESAR SALAD 
–  Our fabulous Caesar dressing with fresh Romaine and homemade croutons.  
iceberg WEDGE
-- Crisp iceberg wedge served with blu cheese dressing and crispy bacon.
TACO SALAD--  Tangy taco meat with cheddar, salsa, black olives, sour cream, jalapenos and guacamole over filed greens.

Dinners

Louis and Clark -- A light sauté of extra virgin olive oil, Jersey asparagus, fresh garlic, jumbo shrimp, prosciutto, tomato and penne.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken -- A parmesan encrusted boneless breast, pan seared and set on top of a tomato basil ragout with a light lemon sauce.

J & B’s Stir-fry -- Tender chicken breast pieces with fresh summer vegetables tossed in a tangy teriyaki sauce over penne.

Drunken Shrimp -- Jumbo gulf shrimp in a creamy pink vodka sauce over penne.

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes -- We’re not kidding here, nothing but JUMBO lump crab.

Lobster Tails -- Twin 4oz. South African cold water tails (the best you can buy).

Seafood Trio -- Our famous JUMBO lump crab cake, combined with a 4oz South African lobster tail, and two JUMBO stuffed shrimp

Chilean Sea Bass  -- Pan seared, topped with a mango chutney, then oven glazed.

Flounder Panko -- Local flounder, encrusted with Japanese breadcrumbs, dressed with a sweet and tangy cilantro Thai sauce.

Seafood Newburg  -- Lobster, scallops and shrimp in a four cheese sherry casserole.

Tuna Pesto
-- Pan blackened rare Ahi tuna, thick sliced with JUMBO lump crab in a creamy basil pesto with roasted pine nuts.

Stuffed Shrimp -- Enormous gulf shrimp, stuffed with our special crab mixture.

Blackened Salmon -- Mild Atlantic salmon pan seared with Cajun spices.

Filet Mignon -- Grilled 10 oz. prime Angus tenderloin, merlot demi-glaze.

(You can add a 4oz South African lobster tail.)

Baby Back Ribs
-- A full rack of "melt in your mouth" BBQ ribs.

All dinner specials served with a house salad. All non-pasta dinner specials are served with baked potato or dirty rice and house veggies.
