Congratulations on your engagement. The Sea Shell is an awesome place to
host the perfect "wedding weekend." Most wedding facilities offer you the
use of their facility for only four or five hours. The Sea Shell allows
you to relax and enjoy your friends and relatives for the entire weekend,
if you wish.
Imagine everyone arriving on Friday night and meeting at the Tiki
Bar for a casual welcome party. Great drinks and the casual grill menu
offers, the perfect start to your weekend. On Saturday come up with an
itinerary of events that your guests will enjoy. Maybe you can play beach
volleyball, sunbathing, fishing, golf or even pumpkin carving in October.
Whatever is fun and appropriate for your guests.
Start your
reception later in the day and enjoy a fabulous five hour long event. A
complete top shelf bar including frozen drinks, premium brands and a
selection of ten beers including Heineken, Corona, Yeungling and Amstel,
just to mention a few. A delicious selection of hot and cold Hors
d'oeuvres served during the cocktail hour with a fresh shucked oyster and
clam bar, and mounds of jumbo shrimp. Wonderful and unique hot hors
d'oeuvres served butler style, all beautifully prepared fresh at the Sea
Shell (nothing at the Shell comes out of the freezer).
The reception moves inside later where a mouth watering dinner is
presented to your guests. At the Sea Shell the owner is the chef and food
and fine service is our passion.
When your five hour reception concludes, there is no reason to leave. We
are not going to turn up the lights and bring out the vacuum cleaners. You
and your guests are welcome to stay and party the night away. Plan to have
an after party until the wee hours. Everybody stays on the premises and NO
ONE needs to get into their car that evening. Bring in a band, extend your
DJ, have a pizza party at midnight, whatever you want is the plan at the
Sea Shell.
On Sunday morning your guests can awaken to a fabulous continental brunch
prepared specially for your group. This brings your weekend full circle
and completes an event that your friends and family will be talking about
for years to come.
