Thank you for taking the time to inquire about the Sea Shell for your special reception or banquet. We specialize in this type of affair during the months of April, May, June, September and October.

Your event should be an occasion which allows you to enjoy your party and your guests to the fullest. The Sea Shell's cuisine, service presentation and ambience assure that you will.

The Sea Shell is a full service catering facility able to handle all your wedding reception and banquet needs as well as your guests' lodging considerations, all at our beautiful Oceanfront Resort. Unlike many establishments, we try to offer an easy to understand, all inclusive food and beverage package. Please use the Web site's information as a guideline. Of course, we will customize anything to the extent of our ability. "It's your day; we want to do it your way."

Shrimp Cocktail
A beautiful dolphin ice sculpture surrounded by mounds of peeled jumbo shrimp with
lemon and cocktail sauce.

Smoked Tuna
Local Yellowfin Tuna smoked on premises, piped onto fancy crackers and topped with seaweed salad

Cheese Display (2)
A variety of imported and domestic cheeses and assorted crackers, flat breads and mustards garnished with fresh grapes and berries.

Crudites
Seasonal garden fresh vegetables accompanied by dipping sauce.

Fruit Kabobs
Seasonal melons, strawberries, and pineapple skewered and served from a watermelon boat.

Raw Bar
Beautiful and bountiful display of fresh New Jersey clams and the finest blue point oysters accompanied by fresh lemon and cocktail sauce, shucked continually.

Cheese Terrine
Softened three cheeses, green onion with a hint of fresh garlic, and topped with dry aged beef. Beautifully molded into a "Sea Shell" and served with assorted flat breads.
 

Antipasto Sea Shell
Prosciutto, Genoa salami, imported Italian ham and provolone topped with pepperchinos, black,  green and Kalamata olives, artichokes, roasted peppers and fresh mozzarella.

Black & Blue or Smoked Tuna
Fresh Ahi Tuna seared rare and sliced thin and dressed with a teriyaki Thai sauce.

Brushetta
Our chef's special version -- Chopped Jersey tomatoes, red onion, fresh basil and garlic in a balsamic vinaigrette served with thinly sliced toasted Italian bread rounds.

Creamy Crab
Tender blue claw crabserved in a piping hot casserole with sliced and toasted baguettes.

Jumbo Lump Crab Cocktail
A mountain of gigantic fresh picked crabmeat served with Florida Keys style mustard sauce.

Grilled Kielbasa
Plain and Simply served with spicy mustard

Maryland super lump crab in our island famous recipe.

New Zealand's finest chops flame grilled and served with a mint demi-glaze.

Jumbo Gulf Shrimp skewered with Hawaiian golden pineapple, flame grilled and served with a hint of Asian essence.

Jumbo Shrimp Skewers
Extra Large pink Gulf shrimp marinated with sweet spices and wrapped in smoked bacon.

Mini Quiche
Tender pastry crusts filled with savory custard and an assortment of
mushroom, spinach, vegetables and cheese.

Blackened Scallops
Fresh jumbo sea scallops pan seared with Cajun spices, served with Cajun aioli.
