Your
five-hour event begins with a one hour, pool-side (weather
permitting) cocktail party featuring a premium open bar, a
fabulous display of cold hors d'oeuvres as well as hot hors
d'oeuvres served butler style.

A beautiful dolphin ice sculpture surrounded by mounds of
peeled jumbo shrimp with

Local Yellowfin Tuna smoked on premises, piped onto

A variety of imported and domestic cheeses and
assorted crackers, flat breads and mustards garnished with fresh grapes
and berries.

skewered and served from a watermelon boat.

of fresh New Jersey clams and the finest blue point oysters accompanied by
fresh lemon and cocktail sauce, shucked continually.

Softened three cheeses, green
onion with
a hint of fresh garlic, and topped with dry aged beef. Beautifully molded into a "Sea Shell"
and served with assorted flat breads.

Kalamata olives, artichokes,
